1. Shipping Policy (Products)

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services or Speed Post.
  • Dispatch is completed within 15 working days from order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the agreed delivery timeline.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier/postal service norms.
  • PCB World Tech is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal authorities.
  • Delivery will be made to the registered address provided at the time of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
  • Once shipped, risk is transferred to the buyer, and we are not responsible for transit damage, though assistance will be provided where possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and package dimensions.
  • For multiple items, charges increase based on the combined weight and size.
  • Applicable shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email or contact details after dispatch.
  • If not received within 4 days, customers should contact support.
  • Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed due to courier systems.

5. Order & Delivery FAQs

  • Orders can be shipped to a different address than the registered one.
  • Multiple addresses require separate orders.

6. Returns & Restocking

  • Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned products will be inspected before processing.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • For COD or bank transfer orders, refunds are made to the buyer’s bank account.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect.

1. Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?

Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart

2. Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

 
 

3. Returns Policy

  • 15% restocking fees will be charged!
  • First we will check the condition of Product after receiving it from customer!

4. When will my order be shipped?

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic reputed courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. PCB WORLD TECH is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

 
 

5. How many days takes for refund the amount?

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account
