1. No Return / No Refund Policy
- Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
- Once an invoice is generated, the order cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
- We follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except where explicitly required under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
2. Product Inspection & Responsibility
- All items are tested for physical condition at the time of sale.
- Customers are required to check products at the counter before accepting delivery.
- Once the product leaves our store/warehouse, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
- Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk, and we are not liable for transit damage or loss.
3. Warranty Conditions
Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Mishandling or improper use
- Tampering with warranty stickers
- Any physical damage will void the warranty completely.
4. Installation Responsibility
- All products require installation by a qualified PC hardware professional.
- Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., CPU damage, bent pins, overheating) will not be covered.
5. Damaged Products
- Physically damaged items (burnt, chipped, bent, or mishandled) are not eligible for replacement.
- Such items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
6. Pricing & Information Disclaimer
- Prices, specifications, and offers are subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for typographical or image errors.
- PCB World Tech does not provide technical advice or support.
7. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (subject to stock and payment verification).
- Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
