Delivery charges calculation for multiple products and heavy packages:
The shipping charge is based on the weight and dimensions of the package in which buyer is supposed to receive the shipment. We charge a fixed shipping fee depending upon the weight of the product. For a person ordering multiple items, the fixed shipping fee is added, with respect to the increasing dimensions and weight.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.
Upon ordering any product from our website, a Tracking ID will be provided to you in order to track the movement of your package, either on your mail or personally. In case you do not receive the tracking ID for your product within 4 days, contact the dedicated support over the contact details provided. Kindly pay heed that sometimes the shipment status shown by the shipping service online is NOT indicative of the real time status of your package. The issue generally arises during the pickup of your package, when often delivery services might have a non-orthodox order status update cycle. If your package has not been picked up for 4 days, please contact the dedicated support.
Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?
Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart
Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.
One a good sold will not been returned back until it’s faulty. If the product get physically damaged it would not been return back. Customer has to bear the cost of product.
If Product is Faulty customer has to send back to us on his own shipping cost. If the order is proper not physically damaged will go further for replacement according to the company policy rules.

How many days takes for refund the amount?
If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
